New Rider Program
New Rider Program
Our New Rider Program is an 8-week program consisting of 8-weekly small group lessons (1 hour) and 1 hour of horsemanship. This program teaches new riders how to brush and tack up their horse/pony before the lesson with their instructor, the basics of horseback riding and proper care of the horse following each lesson. Each week, riders take part in a 30 minute session in the barn with their instructor learning how to brush and tack up properly. A one hour small group riding lesson (maximum 4 riders) where riders will work to learn how to ride independently by the end of the 8-week session. Following the lesson, participants will learn how to untack their horse/pony and put their horse away properly.
8 week New Rider Program: $600 plus HST ( includes 8, 2 hour lessons)
