Tessa Laughton
Tessa Laughton
Tessa owns and operates LTS and has been coaching Hunter, Jumper, & Equitation riders for 10 years now. Her background consists of lessons and riding for : Mary Courtney, Nancy Wetmore, & Erynn Ballard. Tessa's show background began in the Trillium ring on her horses Master Gumbee & then Xanadu who took her to the top of her class in the Hunters, Equitation, & Hack Divisions on the trillium circuit. Tessa also competed with Xanadu on the A circuit in the Adult Hunter classes. She retired Xanadu right after she won the overall Hack Champion ribbon at the Trillium Championships at Palgrave. Tessa spent more time out of the ring then in it these past few years; training young prospects, sale horses, & coaching from the side lines. Tessa plans to show in 2011 on the CW Circuit with some of her new & up coming prospects.
Olga Laughton
Olga Laughton
"Olga Laughton has been riding for more than 30 years (not including a 15 year hiatus raising her children.... including me (a triplet) and my older sister). But her passion never dwindled.. especially for dressage. It was here that she found her "calling" and continues to strive to "dance" with her partners (her horses). Olga studied (and luckily now continues to so so!) under Elaine Shipley-Potter for several years and continues to strive to produce happy, willing, and exuberant horses. Her passion is unmistakable and unshakable. Whether it be in her lessons or simply discussions about her horses and students."
Lynn Bramall
Lynn Bramall
Lynn started to ride in England at 11 years old and apart from a gap of a few years she has ridden ever since. In England she competed at local jumper shows and dressage shows and attended clinics with Mary Wanless as a riding participant. After moving to Canada, she rode with Mary Courtney and Auriel Halliday for many years. More recently riding with Phillip Parkes, and Shannon Barker. In addition to her Bachelor of Education Hons. she also holds an NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) coaching certification, is a certified coach with the CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association), and holds current First Aid Certification. Over the years I have competed at many schooling shows and have always been in the ribbons. I am working towards showing my lovely mare in dressage.
