Frequently Asked Questions
How much time do I need to prepare for my lesson?
About 20 minutes before to groom & tack up, and you will need another 20-30 minutes after your lesson to groom, un-tack, & cool your horse off before putting him/her away.
What is the advantage of part boarding vs just taking lessons?
It’s a great way to add in extra practice time, to practice what you are learning in your weekly lessons! It is also a great stepping stone to do before leasing or purchasing your own horse.
I’ve been taking lessons at LTS & now I want to purchase my own horse, what do I do?
Let your instructor & Tessa know, we are here to help you make the right choice. We will help you find something within your price range & to suit your skill level. We will also find out what your wants/needs are from your horse & find you something appropriate.
